A group left ABC this morning for an exciting six-day trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, both in Kentucky, south of Cincinnati, Ohio. Pictured is Pastor Perry Hubbs of the First Baptist church in Opelousas who will be leading prayer and bible devotions on the trip, and James Newsom, ABC Director.

There are so many benefits to a week at camp. But, there's no denying it is absolutely, positively FUN!

Kids need camp. Today, like never before, teens and pre-teens are under tremendous pressure. Self-doubt, peer pressure, substance abuse, self injury and a myriad of harmful voices nag at kids every day. Even kids who have a strong support structure face obstacles. Camp provides opportunities for students to pull away and get a breather—to catch a vision for the bigger picture of their lives. Kids need—The Power of Camp.
